Experience before the first ride.
Every Success chauffeur must have at least two years of black car service experience and complete our company training before accepting passenger assignments.
That experience is a starting point. Our training introduces chauffeurs to the standards we expect when representing Success Car & Limousine Service. Together, these requirements put professional preparation behind the person taking you to your destination.
Whether you are leaving for an early flight, traveling to a business meeting or arranging a ride for someone close to you, the person behind the wheel matters as much as the vehicle.

Company training
Chauffeurs complete Success company training before they begin accepting passenger assignments.
Applicable qualifications
Chauffeurs must meet the licensing and background-check requirements applicable to their work.
New Jersey MVC qualification.
Our New Jersey chauffeurs must first obtain qualification through the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, including the required fingerprinting and criminal background checks. Success requires company training in addition to that qualification before a chauffeur serves our passengers.
The MVC publishes its limousine-driver background-check and certification requirements for passengers who would like to understand the state process.
New York City TLC licensing.
Our New York City chauffeurs are registered with and licensed by the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission. Success follows the applicable licensing and operating requirements in every city and state where we provide service.
