Rides to hospitals, medical centers and clinics.
Arrange transportation for consultations, diagnostic visits, routine appointments and follow-up care. Whether the destination is a large hospital campus or an independent clinic, the exact building and entrance matter. Give Success the street address and the entrance your appointment instructions specify, rather than only the name of the hospital.
For a visit with several appointments, explain the sequence when you inquire. A consultation in one building and a test at another may require a different itinerary from a single drop-off. Ask about the complete journey, including additional stops, so the transportation plan reflects the day you actually have ahead.
Eye centers and ophthalmology appointments.
Private transportation can be part of the travel plan for an eye consultation, examination, follow-up visit or a procedure at an eye surgery center. Ask the office what transportation and companion arrangements apply to your particular appointment. Your care team, rather than the car service, determines whether you can travel alone and what support is needed afterward.
If a family member or another responsible adult is accompanying you, include their seat in the request. Confirm whether the facility expects that person to remain on site, meet you at discharge or accompany you home. Share the travel schedule with Success once those arrangements are clear.
Have the appointment address and arrival time ready. We can discuss the outward journey and your return plan together.
Discuss Your RideCardiovascular visits and specialist clinics.
For a scheduled cardiology consultation, follow-up appointment or cardiovascular clinic visit, request a ride around the office’s check-in time. Let us know whether the destination is the hospital itself or a separate specialist practice. Medical campuses often use different entrances for physician offices, testing and outpatient services.
Success handles the transportation inquiry; clinical questions stay with your healthcare team. If your appointment involves a procedure, ask that team whether an ordinary private vehicle is suitable for both journeys. Any requirement for monitoring, equipment or assistance must be resolved before reserving a standard car.

Plan same-day surgery transportation in advance.
A same-day procedure needs a return plan as well as a morning drop-off. Before you request the ride, ask the surgical center about its arrival instructions, responsible-adult requirements and discharge process. Tell Success who will accompany the passenger and who can communicate about the return pickup.
A chauffeur is not a substitute for a required responsible adult or caregiver. For example, Atlantic Health’s surgery guidance requires an adult to take patients home after surgery and does not permit a car service ride alone. Always confirm the rules directly with your own facility before booking.
Do not base a pickup solely on the scheduled procedure time. Ask the center how the travel contact will be told when the passenger is ready. Discuss return timing, waiting arrangements and any applicable charges with Success in advance; a vehicle should not be assumed to remain on site unless that has been agreed.
For families and patient coordinators.
If you are organizing a ride for someone else, choose a trip contact who can confirm details and receive travel updates. Provide that person’s contact information with their permission. Make sure the passenger and any companion know which ride has been arranged and where they are expected to meet the vehicle.
Hospitals, clinics, medical offices and surgical centers can contact Success to discuss transportation needs. Inquiries about repeated appointments are welcome, but each schedule and the arrangements behind it need confirmation. Naming a facility as a destination does not mean Success is affiliated with it or approved under its discharge policy.
If your center uses a wheelchair to bring patients to the car or meet them on arrival, confirm that assistance directly with the center. Share the designated entrance and meeting point with Success. The facility’s wheelchair is used for the handoff, while the ride takes place in a standard sedan or SUV seat. Arrange any assistance needed to transfer into or out of the vehicle, including at your home, before the trip.
Only share information needed to plan the journey. Pickup and destination addresses, timing, passenger count and vehicle requirements are useful; diagnosis details, test results and medical documents are not needed in an ordinary transportation inquiry.
What to share when you request a ride.
Start with the appointment date, pickup address, facility address and required arrival time. Include the number of passengers, whether a companion will travel and whether you need an outward trip, a return trip or both. If the facility has provided a designated pickup area, include those directions.
Describe any vehicle access requirements before booking. Review our fleet and vehicle guide and ask Success to confirm suitability, availability and the fare for your itinerary. For destinations across New Jersey and New York, explore our service areas or contact us about your specific route. A reservation is confirmed only after the arrangements have been agreed.
