EWR departures without address confusion
An outbound flight request should include the airline, date, flight number and Essex County starting address. Send the full traveling party and luggage count as well. Your required terminal arrival and the flight’s scheduled departure are different times and should be considered separately.
For the return, give the Essex County destination where the passenger will actually stay. A traveler may leave from an office and return to a home, or arrive at a hotel before a later meeting. Use separate addresses for those legs rather than repeating the original pickup automatically.
Newark offices and suburban business addresses
For a Newark meeting, identify the visitor entrance and any reception instructions your host provides. If an office has a parking entrance and a separate pedestrian lobby, say where the passenger should be delivered. The building’s full address is more useful than a business name alone.
The same applies to offices in Roseland, Livingston and other Essex County municipalities. A company may have several locations, or a meeting may be at a hotel instead of its usual office. Copy the appointment address into the reservation and list additional stops in order.

Caldwell, North Caldwell and West Caldwell are separate municipalities. Orange, East Orange, South Orange and West Orange likewise describe different places. Include the precise town with the street address, particularly when arranging transportation for a visitor unfamiliar with the area.
West Orange is home to Thomas Edison National Historical Park on Main Street. If your visit includes a scheduled activity there or another local attraction, use the destination’s own visitor instructions and entrance. A landmark can explain the occasion, but the confirmed journey still needs the actual meeting location.
Private aviation and New York appointments
Teterboro and Morris County Airport trips should include the FBO supplied by the flight organizer, its street address and a useful flight contact. Do not assume a private arrival will use a passenger terminal comparable to Newark Liberty. The facility identifies where the ground journey begins.
For Manhattan or another New York City borough, specify the building and desired arrival time. If dinner, a performance or another appointment changes the return location, give that address separately. Confirm the itinerary and current quote before treating multiple stops or a later return as included.

Do Caldwell and West Caldwell mean the same place?
They are separate municipalities, as is North Caldwell. Please identify the exact town and street address rather than using the broader Caldwell name for the reservation.
