Airport arrivals that connect with the rest of the trip
Our airport priorities include Newark Liberty, Teterboro and Morris County Airport, with transportation also serving LaGuardia, JFK, Philadelphia and Westchester County airports. For an advisor, the right airport transfer is the one that fits the client’s actual arrival, destination and luggage requirements, rather than a generic journey based only on the airport code.
Send the flight date, flight number, arrival airport and destination address with the request. Include the number of travelers, the bags they expect to carry and the name of the lead passenger. If the party arrives on separate flights, identify which travelers need separate rides and which expect to travel together.
For private aviation travel, provide the airport and the specific arrival or departure facility, together with the best contact for confirming the ground itinerary. A terminal or facility change can affect the pickup arrangements. Confirm those details directly before the traveler departs so the air and ground portions of the trip refer to the same location.

Hotel stays, cruise departures and city visits
A leisure itinerary may include an airport arrival, several nights at a hotel and a cruise departure on a later date. A business traveler may need a hotel transfer followed by a journey to an office or meeting. List each leg separately, with the date, pickup address, destination and expected time, even when the same travelers are taking every ride.
For a cruise transfer, include the cruise line, terminal address and the boarding or disembarkation instructions the client has received. Treat the return journey as its own request. Do not assume the ship’s arrival time is the same as the time the traveler will be ready at the pickup point.
For New York City dining, theater or sightseeing plans, share the destinations and any fixed start time. Tell us whether the client is asking for separate transfers or would like to discuss a vehicle for a longer itinerary. The service plan, availability and price should be confirmed for the requested use rather than inferred from the number of stops.
Share the next itinerary and the ongoing needs behind it.
Discuss Agency TransportationClear coordination between the advisor and the traveler
An agency may handle the itinerary while the traveler needs practical pickup information on the day. Include your agency name, your contact details and the lead traveler’s appropriate contact number. Tell us who should receive the initial service information and who can approve a change if the client’s plans move.
Where another party is involved, such as a hotel concierge, tour organizer or executive assistant, identify one coordinator for the transportation request. This helps keep the passenger count, timing and destinations consistent. Forward the confirmed transport details to the traveler alongside the rest of the itinerary so the client knows what has been arranged.
Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents with an initial inquiry. The route, dates, flight details and relevant traveler contacts are the useful starting point. If plans change, contact Success directly. An update inside an agency itinerary or hotel booking does not automatically change a transportation request.

A regional transportation contact for future itineraries
For an agency that regularly serves this region, it is useful to discuss the pattern of requests as well as one immediate trip. Tell us whether your clients typically need Newark airport transfers, private aviation transportation, New York City journeys, cruise transfers or a combination of these. Include the usual party sizes and the approximate frequency of inquiries.
We welcome a conversation about ongoing agency referrals and transportation needs. A useful discussion covers the types of trips you arrange, how requests will be sent and how individual services will be confirmed. It can also clarify whether the traveler is contacting Success directly or whether the advisor is coordinating the request.
Commissions, agency pricing, payment responsibility and any reseller or referral terms are not established by using this page. Discuss any such requirements directly before presenting an arrangement to a client. A confirmed transportation plan should make clear who is arranging the ride and what the traveler can expect from that specific service.
Prepare the first transportation request
Use the contact page and identify your inquiry as travel agency transportation. Include the agency name, your role, the lead traveler’s itinerary, passenger count and luggage. If the dates are provisional, say so. If several rides are involved, organize them in date order and distinguish confirmed travel plans from the options your client is still considering.
For a single defined journey, the reservation link is also available. For a wider agency discussion, call or send the itinerary through our contact page. Success is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for reservations and questions. Each journey remains subject to availability and direct confirmation before it becomes part of your client’s settled travel arrangements.
